The location was great as it was close to the motorway and easy to find. the room was clean and comfortable for the price paid. the free parking was also a bonus and there were plenty of spaces available. the staff were friendly and welcoming.
The walls were thin and it was easy to hear noises from other guests which was disruptive to our sleep. the heating system was also not the best and we found that the room was quite cold, especially during the winter months.

The rooms were clean and cosy, and the staff was exceptionally helpful as they quickly resolved an issue I had. , the hotel's location was key, providing easy access to the city centre and allowing me to visit friends. the price was very affordable.
The bathroom could be improved, with a shower curtain that was too big for the bath and some grime in the anti-slip mat. the walls were thin, so I could hear other guests coming and going.
